The role of the Fund is to provide care and financial assistance to police officers and ex-officers who have been injured or disabled as a direct result of terrorism, and to the widows, widowers and families of police officers killed or injured through terrorism. This includes PSNI officers who may be killed or injured in the future in this way.
We support our clients through our schemes which are designed to enable them to enjoy a quality of life in their home and make a positive long-term impact on their circumstances.
Do you have a Band 2 or above Injury on Duty pension, is your banding related to a terrorist related incident?

The current situation regarding the corona virus outbreak is having an impact on every one of us and the guidelines are constantly changing. The safety of our clients and staff is of utmost importance to us, therefore we have implemented the following interim measures to ensure we can carry on providing the best service we can whilst safeguarding the health and wellbeing of both clients and staff:
• We would ask at this time that you do not come to our offices and contact us ONLY by phone, email or post.
• Understandably, we have suspended all client home visits until further notice. However, we will where possible process as many grant applications as we can albeit at a longer turnaround.
• As we will be running with a greatly reduced number of staff in our office, we would appreciate your patience when waiting for a call, letter or email to be replied to.
