Seeking to alleviate suffering resulting from terrorist attacks on police families by providing continuing support for them.

Are You Eligible?

You must meet one of the several criteria to obtain support from the Northern Ireland Police Fund.

Grant Schemes

The Fund provides support under a number of Grant Schemes.

The role of the Fund is to provide care and financial assistance to police officers and ex-officers who have been injured or disabled from being the direct target of a terrorist attack and to the widows, widowers and families of police officers killed or injured through terrorism. This includes PSNI officers who may be killed or injured in the future in this way.

We support our clients through our schemes which are designed to enable them to enjoy a quality of life in their home and make a positive long-term impact on their circumstances.

Are you eligible to apply to the Fund?

Do you have a Band 2 or above Injury on Duty pension, is your banding the result of you being the direct target of a terrorist attack?

If so, you may be eligible to apply to the Fund.
